Before the busy Easter holidays arrive, we wanted to give our loyalty card customers the opportunity to have a great day out with us, for free! Have a pre-shop wander, or post-lunch stroll around our Farm Trail, see our animals and take a moment to enjoy the Suffolk countryside.

If you’ve got one of our Hollow Trees Farm Loyalty Cards, and it was issued before 1st March 2023, come and enjoy this exclusive offer!
You’ll need to have your physical loyalty card or key fob with you for our Trail team to scan!
Please note we will be taking a temporary pause on accepting loyalty card applications from 1st March – 18th March.
Terms and Conditions:
- Dates of offer are Monday 13th March – Friday 17th March inclusive, between our Farm Trail opening times only. These times can be viewed on our website.
- Offer valid for Loyalty Card holder plus ONE guest OR two loyalty card holders of a joint card & no extra guests free of charge. Any other guests must pay full Farm Trail entry price upon arrival.
- Only valid for single redemption of offer between time period.
- Only loyalty card holders can redeem this offer, not friends or family.
- Loyalty card must have been issued on or before 01/03/23 – We will be taking a temporary pause on accepting new loyalty card applications from 1st March 2023 – 18th March 2023.
- Loyalty card holder must have their physical loyalty card with them, or the key fob part. Just the number, or number displayed on an app will not qualify for this offer.
- Must be over 18 if entering as an individual.
- Offer cannot be exchanged for cash/credit.
- Tickets cannot be moved.
- One entry redemption within the offer time period only.
- Animal feed is not included in free Farm Trail entry.
- Offer not available for online booking.
- Offer is not transferable to other dates.
