This indulgent roast is formed from three different birds, and is designed so that the individual flavours complement each other.
At its heart is 800g of St George’s chicken breast that has a dense succulent meat. Surrounding the chicken is an 800g Gressingham Duck breast, perhaps the most desirable breed of duck in the world. And encompassing it all is a 3kg Great Grove turkey breast – free range, prepared by hand, and absolutely delicious. There really is no other three bird roast like a Hollow Trees Turkey Three Bird Roast.
