If you could describe Hollow Trees Farm in three words, what would they be?
Interesting, spontaneous and fun
What does a typical day look like for you?
My day starts at 8am when the Farm Team meet to discuss which tasks to tackle for the day. After that it is breakfast time for all the animals around the farm then we move on to some maintenance jobs to keep Hollow Trees at it’s best for guests – no day is ever the same.
Favourite season on the farm and why?
Spring is my favourite season as we have all the goat kids and lambs running around the Farm.
If you could order anything from the Farm Café, what would be your perfect meal or go-to treat?
The Brie and Cranberry Toastie with extra bacon and mayo and a side of sweet potato chips – I will always try to squeeze in some Victoria Sponge as well!
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Super speed – I could save so much time!
What are your hobbies and interests?
I like to play football on the weekends and go to the gym, but I also enjoy watching films and tv.
