Loyalty Card/Key Fob

Hollow Trees Loyalty cards /key fobs may be used when making purchases in any department of Hollow Trees Farm Shop & Farm Cafe , Farm Trail Admission and any Hollow Trees Farm Events to receive loyalty point
Points will be redeemed against all qualifying purchases but cannot be redeemed for cash at any time
This card remains the property of Hollow Trees Farm Ltd and is not a cheque guarantee card, debit or credit card
Hollow Trees Farm Ltd reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw the card at any time
Loyalty card holders who make purchases without their cards can bring in purchase receipts up to 21 days after the transaction in order for points to be added manually to their account.
Maximum two cards /fobs per account number.
Only one replacement card will be issued in case of loss. More than one replacement card will be at the discretion of Hollow Trees Farm ltd.
Loyalty point cannot be transferred between individual accounts.

Gift cards purchased from Hollow Trees Farm may be used when making purchases in any department of Hollow Trees Farm Shop, Farm Cafe, Farm Trail, and Hollow Trees Farm Events.
The value of the purchases will be deducted from the card balance.
This card and any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash on any occasion.
The card expires 36 months after last use.
