Delicatessen Department Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to take overall responsibility for operation of our Deli.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for a small team ensuring they are fully trained in food preparation, processes, safety and health standards. Your experience will help optimise sales and maximise profits, creating a great Deli experience with fantastic service to ensure customers return time and time again! To be selected for interview you will need a proven background/experience in leadership, experience in the food industry (preferably delicatessen) and excellent organisational skills.

Farm Trail Entry Kiosk Leader

Hollow Trees has an exciting opportunity for a permanent staff member to join us as an Entry Kiosk Leader (Visitor Farm Trail).

This role involves many different areas from serving our customers, ordering and managing stock, creating trail promotions and ensuring the cleanliness and safety in your responsible areas. As the successful candidate you will need to work independently but also be able to manage a small team during school holidays.  You must have excellent customer service and organisational skills.

This is a full time role between Easter and November (working from Tuesday to Saturday each week), the remaining months of each year will be working 2-3 days per week.  This is a salaried role with a regular level of monthly income.

Specialised Retail Assistant

Hollow Trees has an exciting opportunity for a permanent staff member to join us as a Specialised Retail Assistant. This role involves taking responsibility of caring for the pet food, wild bird food, plant sundries and fuel products ensuring that stock is ordered, managed and controlled.

As the successful candidate you will need an up to date forklift licence, experience in a retail environment, working on the shop floor displaying and managing the products and responsibility for receiving deliveries.
