Delicatessen Department Leader
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to take overall responsibility for operation of our Deli.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for a small team ensuring they are fully trained in food preparation, processes, safety and health standards. Your experience will help optimise sales and maximise profits, creating a great Deli experience with fantastic service to ensure customers return time and time again! To be selected for interview you will need a proven background/experience in leadership, experience in the food industry (preferably delicatessen) and excellent organisational skills.
