If you could describe Hollow Trees Farm in three words, what would they be?
Family, food and fun
What does a typical day look like for you?
I start my day completing our Deli checks to make sure everything is ready for the day. From then my day can vary from ordering products, to packing homemade goodies made by our brilliant Farm Made team, to serving our lovely customers and keeping the deli looking great.
Favourite season on the farm and why?
I would probably say spring time when the lambs and baby goats start arriving along with the sunny days!
If you could order anything from the Farm Café, what would be your perfect meal or go-to treat?
Harry, one of our Farm Café Chef’s, knows how I like my crispy bacon and brie sourdough toasties! Hold the cranberry sauce.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Sometimes I think it would be really interesting to read peoples minds.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I love going on long walks with my lovely dog chicken, spending time with my family, going to music concerts, and cycling when I usually end up at the pub!
