If you could describe Hollow Trees Farm in three words, what would they be?
Family, food and wholesome
What does a typical day look like for you?
My days in the Farm Shop vary greatly – I can be found doing anything and everything! Typically, I can be found placing orders and filling the shelves with stock, yet other days I can be designing our displays to showcase our great local products.
Favourite season on the farm and why?
My favourite season would have to spring or summer – everything is so green and the sun makes everything better!
If you could order anything from the Farm Café, what would be your perfect meal or go-to treat?
I often pop into the Farm Café for sweet treat from the cake counter, usually something with lots of chocolate, and an Iced Latte, with Biscoff if available!
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I would have to pick teleportation, it would save so much time, but with the option to go on road trips still with good music and snacks.
What are your hobbies and interests?
My hobbies include shopping and fashion, going on long hikes and to the gym and sweet treats – of course!
