Whether you're visiting with toddlers, teens or the whole family, there's something for everyone to enjoy. From animal encounters to woodland play zones, it's one of the top things to do with kids in Suffolk, whatever the weather.

The Farm Trail gives you the chance to come face to face with all our animals, from cheeky goats and happy pigs to clucking chickens and thoughtful cows. You might even spot our friendly alpacas, often found enjoying a nuzzle or a good scratch in the sunshine.
There’s so much more to discover as you make your way around Hollow Trees Farm Trail – it’s a real family day out in the heart of Suffolk. Keep an eye out for Goat Mountain, the Mini Tractors, the Roly Poly Pole, and even the tractor that’s stuck in the mud! With fun surprises around every corner, there’s something for every age to enjoy.
Pogal’s Pit is the place to burn off some energy, with rope swings, climbing poles and the Foxhole Slide. And for younger adventurers, ‘Semer Beach’, our all-weather sandpit, is the perfect spot to dig, build and play.
Additionally, the shops offer a wonderful variety of items, including food and cuddly toys suitable for young children and even adults.

Further along the Hollow Trees Farm Trail, there’s even more to discover. Challenge your friends on the racing ponies, test your balance on the bars and swing through the trees on the Dizzy Donuts, all hidden among the woodland play areas. If you’re feeling brave, climb up into the Giant’s Chair for a bird’s-eye view of the fun. And don’t forget to keep an eye out for our curious alpacas who love to make surprise appearances around the farm.
The Farm Trail changes with the seasons, so there’s always something new to see. Whether you’re visiting in spring, summer or autumn, it’s a family-friendly day out in Suffolk you’ll want to enjoy again and again.
After all that fun, don’t forget to wash your hands with warm water and soap once you have touched the animals and visited the farm. Hand wash facilities are located throughout the Farm Trail and in the Farm Shop.
