You can pick up your order at any point between the above dates and times. All orders will be ready for these dates. Should you wish to collect your order before or after these dates, please call us on 01449 741 247. Our full Festive Opening Hours can be found here.
Don’t miss seeing Santa as he makes the journey all the way from the North Pole to Hollow Trees Farm from the 12th to the 22nd December!
A magical event filled with festive meals, a visit to Santa, special gifts and plenty of holiday joy, this is a Christmas event your family won’t want to miss!
Christmas trees will be available to purchase from the end of November.
We’re here to make choosing your Christmas tree as simple and enjoyable as possible. Our high-quality selection includes both the classic Norway spruce and the popular Nordman Fir, known for its excellent needle retention. Trees are available in sizes from compact, pot-grown 30 cm options to stunning 4-metre centrepieces. Once you’ve selected your tree, we’ll wrap it and help you load it into your car. We also offer easy-to-use stands that hold water to keep your tree fresh throughout the season.
And let’s not forget the seasonal touches—holly and pine wreaths in both decorated and plain styles, perfect for adding your personal touch and of course, the classic holly and mistletoe!

Refreshment and Toy Shop will shut daily at 3pm, toilets and indoor activities will be cleaned and close by 3.30pm.
