Jake, who works here at Hollow Trees Farm, has shown incredible dedication and passion for farming, despite not coming from a farming background. His hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment to learning have truly paid off!

“I liked the idea of working outdoors and seeing real progress in my work,” said Jake. Choosing an apprenticeship over university, he has embraced the opportunity to work, learn, and earn, proving that hands-on experience is invaluable.

We’re thrilled to see his efforts recognised for his hardwork and dedication! 👏👏
