Our ‘bone-in’ turkey crowns are supplied by Great Grove Poultry from Cawston near Attleborough in Norfolk. The crowns come from free-range turkeys that are reared naturally in acres of woodland on the farm, and this slow growing strain matures slowly, resulting in a succulently tasty turkey crown.
A turkey crown is smaller, so it’s suitable for anyone who isn’t catering for large numbers. And because of its size it cooks quicker and is far easier to carve. However, its smaller stature doesn’t mean its taste is diminished, we pride ourselves on the fact that every poultry product we sell is of top quality, regardless of size.
