Product Description
These free-range chickens are grown in the slow, old fashioned way! Plucked by hand and hung to enhance the flavour before being prepared for sale. These local Suffolk birds are farmed by our friends at Yew Tree Farm in Fressingfield. They are great tasting birds of the best quality.
All this work sounds like a lot of effort, and it’s true – it is. But when you come to taste it you’ll know that it is all very much worth it.
