Hollow Trees lamb is reared here on the farm, ensuring we have complete control over the quality of the meat we produce. We know that animal welfare is key to superior tasting meat so we make certain that our herds and flocks are treated properly, free range and fed with quality feed.
The meat is prepared by our expert butchers, and you can choose from leg or shoulder cuts. It has the tender flavour you expect from high-quality lamb and is ideal in a number of dishes, from your traditional Sunday roast to stews, stir-fries, kebabs and Shepherds Pie.
