Get the best quality beef from Hollow Trees Farm.
All our beef comes from cattle raised right here in Semer, to our exacting standards of welfare. Our herds are completely free range, and grass fed throughout the year. This improves the quality of their meat, which is tender and full of flavour.
Every piece of meat we sell, whether it’s Topside, Sirloin or Rib, is prepared in house by our team of experienced butchers. They can also give you expert advice on what cut is best for which meal, so you can wow the family or guests around the dinner table.
For all boneless joints we recommend 250g per person. For Beef Rib we recommend 350g per person.
