Our pork sausages are some of the best you will ever taste. They are made from meat that is raised right here at Hollow Trees, with the highest standards of welfare.
Every sausage we make contains over 90% meat content using the best pork shoulder, and is created by hand by our expert butchers. This versatile classic can be used in so many ways – as an accompaniment to a special roast meal or Christmas dinner, as the centrepiece in a meal of their own (with mashed potato and peas of course), or as part of a winter warmer such as a tasty casserole or bubble and squeak.
