Hollow Trees Chipolatas are the perfect touch to make your Christmas dinner that extra bit special. These long thin sausages are a perennial favourite at the meal table, their meaty, slightly spicy taste adds something different to your plate.
All our sausages are created from meat that has been reared at Hollow Trees Farm, so we can guarantee its quality and superior taste. Our experienced butchers prepare the chipolatas expertly by hand, ensuring they contain a minimum of 80% meat, as well as all the extra herbs and spices that give them their distinctive flavour.
We sell our chipolatas in packs of twelve, but in our experience they soon go so it’s best to make sure that you get a couple of extra packs to avoid disappointment! (Approx 500g)
